Who is interested?

Our work could interest several communities:

  • INRA scientific community. It's concerning teams working on high throughput phenotyping (plants, levures) especially those involved into PHENOME project or platforms. Moreover vine sector is also concerned through projects such as metaprogram LACCAVE with around 20 units involved. For the bioprocesses sector , 4 units are involved (UMR GMPA, SPO, UE Pech-Rouge, LBE). These scientists are confronted with analysis of dynamics and multiscale data.
  • National scientific community, through the "Réseau de Fluxomique et de Métabolomique Français" for example.
  • International scientific communnity  through european projects ( CAFE, DROPS, FRIM or BITA), european networks (UE-FP7-EPPN, ERASysBio/ERA-NET) and international networks (such as IPPN).
  • professional sector and private partners through projects such as Pilotype ("agriculture de précision en lien avec les professionnels de la viticulture") and GreenStars.

The CATI interacts with these communities through :

  • meeting organization. We plan to organize several meeting each year. Training meeting will also help users to use tool developed by the CATI CODEX;
  • scientific communications in international meetings (such as useR 2010 or International Plant Phenotyping Symposium 2011) or scientific journals;
  • communication medias such as our website, an information letter and a mailing list.

Thanks to its expertise in informatics, mathematics and statistics, the CATI CODEX could be involved in the construction of projects in strong interaction with scientists.
